Yes, you can tag someone in an Instagram Story using a verified account just like you would with any other account. Here's how:

1. Open Instagram and tap on the camera icon in the top-left corner or swipe right from anywhere in the Feed to create a new Story.
2. Take a photo or video, or select one from your gallery.
3. Once you have your content, tap on the screen to bring up the text and sticker options.
