🔹 Step 1: Ensure Your Facebook Ads Account Uses Manual Payments
Facebook Ads supports two billing types:

Postpaid (Autopay) – Facebook charges automatically when you hit a threshold.
Prepaid (Manual Payment) – You add funds manually before running ads.
✅ To use a manual payment threshold, you must be on a Prepaid account.

📌 How to Check Your Billing Type:
