1. **Archiving Chats**: You can archive chats to move them out of your main chat list without deleting them. This helps in decluttering your chat list and keeping it organized. To archive a chat, swipe left on the chat in the chat list and tap `Archive` (on iOS, tap and hold on the chat, then tap the archive icon).

2. **Starred Messages**: You can star specific messages within a chat to mark them as important. To star a message, long-press on the message, then tap on the star icon that appears at the top of the screen. You can later access all starred messages by going to the main WhatsApp menu > `Starred Messages`.

3. **Grouping Chats**: You can also organize chats by grouping them into categories based on your preferences. For example, you can arrange chats based on personal contacts, work contacts, or specific projects.
