How can you view someone's WhatsApp status without them knowing?

It's not possible to view someone's WhatsApp status without them knowing, as WhatsApp notifies the status uploader whenever someone views their status. When you view someone's status, they will see your name in their status viewer list, and WhatsApp will send a notification to their device.

If you don't want someone to know that you have viewed their status, you can wait until the status expires after 24 hours or you can disable your WhatsApp account's read receipts. However, disabling read receipts will also prevent you from seeing when your contacts have read your messages.

To disable read receipts in WhatsApp:

1. Open WhatsApp on your device.
2. Tap on "Settings" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Tap on "Account" and then select "Privacy."
4. Scroll down to the "Messages" section and toggle off the "Read receipts" option.
