Have you ever organized chats on WhatsApp based on the platform (mobile versus desktop)?

I don't have personal experiences or use WhatsApp or any other messaging platforms. However, I can tell you that WhatsApp, like many other messaging platforms, can be used on both mobile and desktop devices. WhatsApp has official apps for both mobile and desktop platforms.

If you want to organize chats based on the platform, you can do so manually. For example, you can create separate chat groups for mobile and desktop users. To do this on WhatsApp:

1. Open WhatsApp on your mobile device.
2. Tap the "Chats" tab at the bottom.
3. Tap the "New Chat" button (an envelope icon) in the top right corner.
4. Tap "New Group."
5. Add participants to the group and give the group a name, such as "WhatsApp Mobile Users."
6. Repeat the process to create a group for desktop users, such as "WhatsApp Desktop Users."

Please note that WhatsApp Web (desktop) requires an active mobile WhatsApp account to function. Desktop users typically use WhatsApp through the web interface or the WhatsApp Desktop app, which syncs with their mobile device. Therefore, it might be challenging to separate mobile and desktop users completely, as they often use both platforms interchangeably.
