Can advertisers target users based on their job title job tenure?

While advertisers on platforms like LinkedIn often have the ability to target users based on job title and sometimes job tenure, such granular targeting options may not be available on all advertising platforms like Twitter.

As of my last update, Twitter's ad targeting options primarily revolve around factors such as demographics, interests, behaviors, and keywords. While job title targeting is available, targeting based on job tenure specifically might not be an option.

However, advertisers can still indirectly target users based on job tenure by using other available targeting parameters. For example, they could target professionals in specific industries or career stages likely to align with certain tenure ranges. Additionally, advertisers can craft ad messaging that speaks to professionals at different stages of their careers, acknowledging their experience level or career progression without explicitly targeting tenure.

It's worth noting that ad targeting options may evolve over time, so it's a good idea for advertisers to regularly check the targeting options available on advertising platforms to see if new options, such as job tenure targeting, become available.
