Can Twitter Ads target users who have made purchases at specific price points?

As of my last update, Twitter Ads primarily allow targeting based on broad categories such as interests, demographics, behaviors, and keywords. However, specific targeting options can evolve over time, so it's worth checking Twitter's advertising platform for the most up-to-date information.

As for targeting users who have made purchases at specific price points, it's less likely to be a direct targeting option. Instead, advertisers can infer users' purchasing behavior based on their interactions with ads, website visits, and other online activities.

For example, if a user frequently engages with high-end fashion brands or luxury product ads on Twitter, advertisers might assume they are interested in higher-priced items. Conversely, if a user often interacts with budget-friendly brands or promotional offers, advertisers might infer they are interested in lower-priced products.

While Twitter may not offer direct targeting options based on specific price points of past purchases, advertisers can still leverage audience insights and behavior patterns to tailor their ad creative and messaging accordingly. Additionally, they can use other targeting options to reach users who are likely to be interested in products or services at certain price points, such as targeting users with specific interests or demographics that align with the target audience for certain price ranges.
