You can see who's viewed your profile when you are logged into the LinkedIn App from your phone and view your profile.

Click the Me symbol at the highest point of your LinkedIn landing page. Click Access My Premium. Under Your Exceptional highlights dropdown on the right rail, click Who's seen your profile. Click See who's seen you.
