You can upload IGTV videos up to 15 minutes long via the Instagram mobile app, and up to an hour long using the website. MP4 file, and under a certain size — less than 650 MB if the video is shorter than 10 minutes, and less than 3.6 GB if it's between 10 and 60 minutes

No, you cannot upload a 2-hour video on Instagram. The maximum video length allowed on Instagram is 60 seconds for a regular post and 60 minutes for IGTV (Instagram TV) videos. If you have a longer video, you will need to either trim it down to fit within the time limits or consider uploading it to a different platform such as YouTube or Vimeo.

No, you cannot upload a 2-hour video directly to Instagram. Instagram has certain limitations on the length and size of videos that can be uploaded. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the maximum video length allowed for regular posts on Instagram is 60 seconds. However, you can upload longer videos to IGTV (Instagram's long-form video platform) or as Reels, which have their own specific duration limits:

1. IGTV: If you have a verified account or a larger following, you can upload videos up to 1 hour in length to IGTV. For regular users, the video length limit is 10 minutes.

2. Reels: Reels are short-form videos similar to TikTok. The maximum duration for Reels is 30 seconds.

If you have a video longer than the allowed durations, you may need to trim or edit it to fit within the specified limits or consider splitting it into multiple parts to share as separate posts or segments.

It's important to keep in mind that Instagram's policies and features may change over time, so it's recommended to check the most up-to-date guidelines and limitations on the Instagram Help Center or within the app itself.
