There have been numerous questions and comments about my 2019 video, so I wanted to address some common points that I can no longer respond to individually:

1. **Q: "You didn't quit social media because you're still on YouTube."**
**A:** I understand that YouTube is often considered social media. Technically, yes, I am still on a social media platform. However, my use of YouTube is different. I use browser plugins to hide feeds and limit my viewing to a select few channels. I primarily use YouTube to learn new things, stay connected with favorite artists, and promote my blog. I take breaks from YouTube when needed and am aware of its potential for addiction.

2. **Q: "How do you promote your business/attract clients/get commissions without social media?"**
**A:** I've covered this topic in several videos (listed below). I rely on my website, which showcases my portfolio, and regularly update my blog. I also use this YouTube channel for promotion. My advice: Focus on improving your skills first, then start sharing your work. Social media can consume time and creativity without contributing to your growth.

3. **Q: "In today's world, you need social media to build a business or make a living with your art."**
**A:** While it's challenging to succeed without platforms like Instagram or TikTok, it's certainly possible. I manage to do it, and it works. Focus on honing your skills and creating excellent work. A strategic use of social media can be beneficial, but avoid letting it dominate your time and energy.

For more insights into my journey and how I promote my art business without relying on social media, check out the follow-up videos I've created on this subject. (TL;DR: I've quit everything except this YouTube channel.)
