Here's how quitting social media for one year transformed my life. Many of us find ourselves endlessly scrolling through social media, struggling to break free. We often convince ourselves that we absolutely need it.

It wasn't until a traumatic event in my life that I realized how fleeting life can be. The average lifespan is 76 years, with about 6 years spent on social media and only 1 year on actual socializing. Quitting social media has profoundly changed my life. In this video, I'll share the lessons I learned from removing social media from my daily routine.

I discovered that time is incredibly precious and should be spent on tasks that truly earn it.
I learned to appreciate and love myself, recognizing that we are all unique and beautiful in our own ways.
I realized that the opinions of others are irrelevant compared to my own self-worth.

I'd love to hear about what you've learned during your breaks from social media or how I can assist you in your journey.
