In this video, I'm sharing my one-year update on life after stepping away from Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and other platforms as a Gen Z. I'll discuss my experiences, the pros and cons of taking a social media break, and how it has affected my life.

I hope my journey inspires you to consider a social media cleanse or helps you decide if logging off might be right for you. There are definitely both positives and negatives to weigh.
