Likee has a built-in feature for adding subtitles to your videos. Here are the steps to upload a video with subtitles on Likee:

1. Open the Likee app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the "+" button located at the bottom center of the screen to create a new post.
3. Select the video you want to upload from your camera roll or record a new video within the app.
4. Edit the video as desired using Likee's built-in editing tools.
5. Once you're satisfied with your video, tap on the "Next" button.
6. Add a caption, hashtags, and any other relevant information to your post.
7. Tap on the "Subtitle" option located below the video preview.
8. Select the language of your subtitles and choose whether you want to use automatic or manual subtitles.
9. If you choose automatic subtitles, Likee will use speech recognition technology to generate subtitles for your video. You can edit the subtitles manually if necessary.
